Abstract
This report sets out evidence from a national multisite evaluation undertaken by the Institute for Public Safety,
Crime and Justice for the time period of July 2020 to December 2024 across England and Wales. This report summarises analysis on health outcomes, process delays, completion rates, dual requirements,
female offenders and gender-based differences and service variation. The report is concluded with reflections
and strategic considerations.
