Abstract
This summary report presents the results from the evaluation conducted by the University of Northampton between July 2024 and February 2026 that examined how the Blue Skies’ develoPPP project impacts the local community in Benin. To examine the impacts, a longitudinal mixed methods design was employed using the University of Northampton Social impact Matrix© to capture a comprehensive understanding of the impact of the develoPPP project in Benin.
