Abstract

Abstract: The current article has attempted to throw light on the status quotient of brain drain in India and its respective journey towards the brain gain in order to understand the perspective on skilled work flow mobility. The article is based on secondary sources and hence ex-facto analysis being utilized to furnish the findings. The articles comprises into two parts. The first part has taken the conceptual understanding of the Brain drain and attempted to develop the skill mobility process and second part furnishes the various implications on the causes and consequences of Brain Drain with the insight of policies being implemented in the India with respect to Diasporas retention. This has further attempted to furnish the suggestive measures to the current pertaining.
