Abstract

Background: It is imperative that healthcare professionals and students understand how and why systems breakdown and why mistakes happen, to enable them to act to prevent and learn from them. The literature review revealed an absence of research exploring the ability of pre-registration physiotherapy students to identify errors in their practice.
