Abstract
Family Hubs engaged in workshops to design a Theory of Change. This presents the final version of the Theory of Change that outlines how and why long-term outcomes are experienced through Family Hubs by linking interventions to a sequence of short-, medium-, and long-term changes. It explains change across individual, organisational, and policy levels, showing how improvements in capacity, institutional practices, and structural conditions interact to produce wider impact.
