Abstract
This technical report provides a detailed review of the evaluation of the current progress of the four Intensive Engagement (IE) projects running within Gloucestershire supported by IE during the period 2018-2020. The four locations were selected by Gloucestershire Constabulary and the IE team first provided initial training to teams selected by the Constabulary and the local Community Safety Partnership, and then supported by a Cohort Support Advisor over a period of at least forty weeks while the local teams implemented the 8 steps of Intensive Engagement. The first two implementations were in Cinderford and Cheltenham, followed by an interim evaluation report in June 2019, after which the two remaining supported implementations in Moreton and Stonehouse were initiated.
