Abstract
Using material from the Searchlight Archive at the University of Northampton, the poster explores some of the historical connections between the West Midlands and the extreme right. Focused on the area around Wolverhampton, the poster briefly looks at how the National Front tailored their messaging and how that messaging evolved, and provided examples. The poster was part of a display along with items from the archive including from our duplicate teaching boxes to highlight our use of the archive within Learning and Teaching. Originals of the posters are held with the Archive.
