Abstract
The contribution discusses the importance of multisensory environment and its components in therapeutic-educational assessment and therapy. Authors based their work on the concepts of basal stimulation, sensory integration and Snoezelen therapy, which they apply in work with clients in multisensory rooms. In this paper, they present partial results of a qualitative research focused on the analysis of reactions and changes in behaviour of clients with autism spectrum disorders and clients with multiple disabilities in ECI. They present a way of recording therapeutic-educational assessment and intervention through an online tool created by the LLP Leonardo da Vinci ICF-Train project, which uses the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health for Children and Youth (ICF-CY).
