Abstract
An examination of the ways in which magazines can be used by historians for research, as well as consideration of their opportunities and pitfalls as well as possible mitigations that the researcher can put in place or alternative paths to take. This chapter forms part of a wider piece by Bloomsbury exploring how historians engage in research.
