Abstract
The Northampton Whole House Retrofit project aims to deliver benefits in six areas: Energy Demand, Cost Reduction, Supporting Green Jobs and Utilising the Local Supply chain, Scale, Replicability, and Health and Wellbeing of Occupants. This report presents the final independent evaluation of the Northampton Whole House Retrofit Project by the University of Northampton’s Institute for Social Innovation and Impact (ISII), focusing on the impact of the project with emphasise on wellbeing. It includes results from a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with residents on The Northampton Whole House Retrofit project.
