Abstract
This report creates a framework to support Northampton Town Council in identifying the impact of their funding programmes. It additionally provides a bespoke Social Impact Measurement Framework (SIMF) that Northampton Town Council can use for measuring the impact of future funding programmes. To illustrate the potential social impact, this report provides organisation case examples for a selection of impact metrics identified.
