Abstract
This case study follows Mohammed, a Saudi entrepreneur who moved to Dubai and transformed his love for animals into a thriving pet grooming and training business, ‘Paws for You’. Leveraging his barbering skills, business acumen, and adaptability, Mohammed built a successful brand in a competitive market. However, challenges such as cultural shifts, extreme climate conditions, and expansion dilemmas forced him to rethink his business model. Exploring automation, potential franchising, and service diversification, Mohammed faces critical decisions on how to scale while maintaining quality. This case highlights entrepreneurship in the Middle East, cultural adaptation, and innovation in the pet services industry.
