Abstract
I was commissioned to make new work to exhibit within the 'Selects' area of the annual Pick Me Up festival of graphic art, which was open to the public at Somerset House between 23 April and 4 May, 2015.
'Pick Me Up Selects 2015 features international rising stars of the graphic arts world specially selected by an industry panel. Each artist produced new, exclusive work to see and buy.'

'Zoë studied at Camberwell College of Art and the Royal College of Art, graduating in 2009. Working predominantly in pencil, pen or ink, her influences range from found imagery, to film stills and films such as Kiss Me Deadly and Dario Argento's Phenomena. Often taking on a cinematic quality, Zoe’s drawings suggest a particular kind of atmosphere, where her characters are placed amidst scenes of drama and tension. For Pick Me Up, Zoe is creating a series of portraits and scenes that channel romance, horror and the countryside.'
