Regaining the Future: Temporality and Left Politics

Research output: Contribution to Book/ReportChapterpeer-review

Abstract

Since the epochal crisis of neoliberalism in 2008 the global political landscape has become increasingly tumultuous and unpredictable (Destradi and Plagemann, Review of International Studies 45:711–730, 2019). Environmental catastrophe closes in on the horizon, and the Covid-19 pandemic has revealed dire inadequacies in healthcare systems (Lal et al., Lancet 397:61–67, 2021).
