Abstract
Following an invitation from the MPS, the London Policing Ethics Panel carried out a review of cases of gross misconduct that had been decided through Special Case Hearings. The purpose of the review was 'to consider whether MPS is doing all that a reasonable organisation can be expected to do to prevent overtly unlawful or unethical behaviours.'
