Supporting Pupils’ Learning

Abstract

One of the key roles of an effective mentor is to help provide consistency in the quality of pupils’ learning experiences. A mentor not only needs to have excellent pedagogical and subject knowledge, but a sound working knowledge of inclusive and adaptive approaches to teaching pupils with additional needs.
