Abstract

The debate about chromium (VI) limits continues. The European Chemicals Agency believes the permissible limit in tanned leather should fall from 3ppm to 1ppm. Dr William Wise and Dr Stefan Davis at ICLT have researched the subject and its feasibility. Their detailed findings are presented here.
