Abstract
This report outlines a Social Impact Matrix developed for UnLtd in relation to Access to Employment programmes (A2E). The analysis of UnLtd’s Theory of Change and qualitative information from semi-structured interviews with key UnLtd Staff and Social Entrepreneurs (SEs) allows for the identification of key areas for social impact measurement. Specifically, the research outlines 15 core areas which have been used to create the core thematic areas of focus in the A2E Social Impact Matrix .
