Abstract
In the period Oct-Mar 2017/18, 1,022 surveys were conducted with victims of anti-social behaviour, vehicle crime, burglary, violence and hate crime. This report explores the satisfaction levels of these groups, in relation to five key areas of service: ease of contact, action taken, being kept informed of progress, treatment by officers and staff and overall service.
