Abstract
This report was commissioned by the Chief Executives (CEs) of Lowland and Highland Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Associations in December 2021. The terms of reference set by the CEs were to identify the impacts and outcomes of the operation of the Ministry of Defence sponsored Cadet Forces in Scotland in order to provide a common lexicon that could be used by the Cadet Forces in Scotland to inform policy makers, educational leaders, employers, current and future adult volunteers, and parents / guardians of current and future Cadets of these impacts and outcomes.
