The article discusses the positive benefits of yoga and massage in schools. Yoga and massage in schools programme (MISP) has been used to solve problems of children who have problems on behaviour and attention. The introduction of yoga among children has reportedly developed a relaxed attitude and helped them concentrate on developing confidence in the school, the home and in the community. Through MISP, children are given the opportunity of understanding the meaning of healing touch, respect and trust.
