Abstract

Despite a significant body of studies on the link between COVID and entrepreneurship, scant information has been placed on the Zero-COVID policy, particularly its effect on entrepreneurship. Therefore, our paper focuses on the impact of the zero-COVID policy on entrepreneurship on two levels: economic and societal levels, to investigate the effects of zero-COVID on national, international, and migrant entrepreneurship in China. This research contributes to and extends the existing literature on COVID and entrepreneurship and further provides a holistic framework on zero-COVID and entrepreneurship.
