This interim report explores the second evaluation phase of the BBO WRAP programme delivered by Goodwill Solutions CIC and its partner organisations between July 2019 and September 2019. It provides background and context for the 2019-2022 BBO WRAP evaluation and outlines the aim of the evaluation.
