Abstract
This report presents the outcome evaluation of the BBO WRAP programme delivered by Goodwill Solutions CIC and its partner organisations between July 2019 and July 2020. The results presented in the evaluation are based on the analysis of survey data gathered from 130 participants at the start and 10 participants at the end of the programme (July 2019 – July 2020) and interviews conducted with four delivery partners and nine programme participants. The survey data were collected with a questionnaire that was administered to programme participants at the beginning (Start) and at the end of an intervention (End) on a voluntary and anonymous basis. The interview data were collected through semi-structured, face-to-face interviews that were voluntary for participants. Interview participants were guaranteed anonymity and confidentiality therefore the results presented in this report are anonymous. Case study data were collected among delivery partners.
