Abstract
Daylight Centre Fellowship is an independent charity providing community-based services that promote and achieve health and well-being outcomes for vulnerable adults within Northamptonshire.
The services aim to:
•Support people experiencing complex problems (for example, homelessness)
•Promote health and well-being
•Reduce social isolation and loneliness
•Engage individuals and communities in social action
Those eligible for the Service are vulnerable adults who are resident in Northamptonshire and/ or registered with a Northamptonshire General Practitioner. This report presents research on the social impact of community-based services provided by the Daylight Centre Fellowship.
