Abstract
The purpose of this summary is to provide a brief overview of the EMSOU workforce consultation 2021/22. The consultation was commissioned by EMSOU and was conducted by the Institute for Public Safety, Crime and Justice1. The aim was to determine EMSOU’s current position in terms of key workforce factors such as job satisfaction, recognition, training and development, leadership, feelings of belonging, wellbeing and empowerment, and whether these factors had changed since the last survey three years ago.
