Abstract
This book draws upon evidence from the Project IRIS (Inclusive Research in Irish Schools) research project that investigated provision for children with special educational needs across the Republic of Ireland. Project IRIS was a four year longitudinal study lead by Professor Richard Rose. The book describes the research model developed by the authors, the approach to field work and data management and the findings in order to give a detailed analysis of provision and the experiences of professionals, parents and children
