Supporting Staff to Create Good Ultra Courses

What do good Ultra courses look like, and how can staff be supported to create them? While we don't have the definitive answers, in this presentation we share the different ways that the Learning Technology Team at the University of Northampton have engaged with members of staff to support them during and beyond the transition from Original to Ultra courses, including creating our own Exemplary Course Award-winning Ultra course, and introducing an in-house Ultra Course Awards scheme.
