The Evaluation of the Detection of Cr (VI) in Leather

Dataset

Description

This dataset includes compares the typical responses and limits of quantification for the analytical methods outlined in BS EN ISO 17075-1:2017 and BS EN ISO 17075-2:2017. The dataset accounts for the existence of interferences and occurrences that would lead to false positive results. This dataset relates the performance of these test methods in context to the proposed changes in European legislation concerned with skin sensitising substances suggesting acceptable Cr(VI) concentrations in leather goods should be lowered from 3 mg kg-1 to 1 mg kg-1.
