Biography

I am a Lecturer of International Business in the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Northampton. I hold a PhD degree in Management studies from Essex Business school, University of Essex. My PhD thesis examines the impact of ownership structure on firm performance using a sample of developed and developing countries. I hold a Master of Science degree in Business Administration. My Master’s thesis investigates the impact of firm specific fundamentals on stock return in an emerging market, Egypt. I have been involved in several research projects in the UK as a Research Assistant. Prior to joining University of Northampton, I have worked as Assistant Lecturer in Essex Business School. My research interests lie in the areas of international business and corporate governance.
