Biography
Naomi Alormele is a Senior Lecturer in Social Care at the University of Northampton in the Department of Social, Therapies and Community. Her research focuses on experiences of racially minoritised individuals within the workplace. She is particularly interested in the implementation of Anti-racist practice, positive action and social justice. Her research is informed by Black Feminism and Intersectionality.
