Abstract
The goal of the contribution is, on a theoretical platform, to provide basic knowledge in developmentally oriented bibliotherapy in the context of early aid for families, supplemented by narratives of parents in the research. Authors present therapeutic aspects of reading and usage of picture material in early age of a child.
