Description
A Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing data from a 12-week training intervention on older adults who trained either once or twice per week. The data sheet contains data collected on timed up-and-go and sit-to-stand performance, lower-limb maximal and explosive strength, and muscle thickness and fascicle angle at pre- mid- and post-training. Thee sheet also contains training data such as perceived muscle soreness, rate of perceived exertion, and mechanical work performed. Abbreviations have been included in the data sheet.
