Biography
My area of interest is maintaining older adult independence and cardiovascular health status through increased engagement in physical activity in addition to reductions in sedentary behaviour (sitting).
I am also interested in how the design of our urban landscape (e.g. segregated cycle lanes) can facilitate population physical activity engagement.
