Final report produced for the MOD into the impact of UK Cadet Forces on young people, adult volunteers and society at large. The attached letter of thanks from Lieutenant General James Swift recognises the impact of our research in supporting their work in government to promote the social value created by Defence Initiatives.

How have research outputs led to this impact?

The research has been utilised by the MOD and government to justify the continued expansion of the Cadet Expansion Programme in Schools, as well as the maintenance of funding for Cadet Forces nationally. The research also feeds into the Government's Levelling Up Agenda.
