Biography

Georgia Giordani is Senior Lecturer in Economics and Programme Leader for the BSc Economics Programmes at the University of Northampton. Her research interests cover the economics of banking and applied econometrics. She has published academic papers in the Journal of Economics Studies, the International Journal of Financial Services Management, the Journal of Electronic Finance and the Global Business and Economic Review Journal. Georgia is module leader for Data and Mathematics for Economists, Careers in Economics and Econometrics. Before joining the University of Northampton in 2015, Georgia was Analytics Manager at m/six, where she was responsible for analysing and optimising the effectiveness of media on clients’ sales using advanced econometric techniques.
