Project Details
Description
This project will explore ways in which ABL can be used to engage learners in the post pandemic landscape. Through consultation with current students on their experiences of ABL and their suggestions for improvements, we aim to co-create resources for new and existing staff to enhance their current pedagogical techniques and understanding of ABL through the students’ lens. The project will suggest ways in which staff can engage with their students, before, during and after sessions, to foster innovation in learning and teaching. This will be achieved through the Project Team undertaking Professional Development to become ABL Champions, to develop a staff ABL Toolkit. A further project (Phase 2) would offer cascade training to colleagues.
