Description
Blue Skies and Waitrose and partners were successful in acquiring funding from the sustainable manufacturing and environmental pollution initiative (SMEP) for the development of a research and development hub. This funding was planned to be awarded in three phases. CSBP was successful to partner with Blue Skies and Waitrose as part of the first phase of the project. This application is being submitted for approval for the third phase of the SMEP project. Following involvement in the first and second phase, CSBP has been appointed as the lead implementing partner for the third phase with confirmation of funding having been received. Accordingly, a costing has been conducted by CSBP which sets out the funding that will be available to the University to undertake this project.
