Biography

Before entering Higher Education in 2010, Eleonora had worked in the early years sector for 19 years as a Foundation Stage teacher, Early Years teacher/Early Years Professional, Local Authority Advisory Teacher and led practice in a Phase I Children’s Centre.  

Teaching Interests

Eleonora is a Senior Lecturer in Education and specialist in Early Years Education at the University of Northampton where she teaches on MA Early Years, PGCE EYTS, BA Early Childhood Studies and Early Years Foundation Degree programmes. She is also a programme leader for the Undergraduate Entry Route to Early Years Teacher Status.  

Research Interests

Current research project: Parent practitioner partnership in Hungary, Kazakhstan, England.

Recently completed research project: Factors influencing parental choice of childcare provision in Hungary.
