A lecturer in Psychology at the University of Northampton and owner & founder of Positive Psychology for Life. Principle areas of interests lie in (Child and Adolescent) Mental Health, Prevention/ Early Intervention, Parenting Practices, Positive Psychology, Applied (Developmental) Cross-cultural, Social & Educational Psychology.

Expertise in quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research. Passionate about sharing knowledge and experience to empower others to live a healthier, happier life and reach their full potential.
