Dr Divya Shukla

Biography

Dr Divya Shukla is a senior lecturer in leadership and organisational behaviour in the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Northampton, UK. She possesses eighteen years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in India, Thailand and Estonia. She has been leading MBA modules since 2005 and developing and designing modules on Human Resource Management, Leadership, Change Management, Organizational Behaviour and Research methods.

She is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK and an academic member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). She is also an active member of the British Academy of Management UK. She is also a university member of the UFHRD, UK.

She is also a peer review member of the BAM review college, UK, and actively reviewing the journal articles of ABS and Scopus-indexed journals since 2014. She has been a keynote speaker at Kyrgyz Economic University Kyrgystan, PIBM Pune.

Dr Divya has supervised doctorate and master-level students for a few years. She has also given supervision to UG students. She is a Systems, Analytics and Business Intelligence Research Group member. She has published articles in ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals. Her research interests include

Education and Professional Certification:

She has a master’s and doctorate in business administration with a specialisation in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour from APS University in India.

She has obtained Professional certification on

• Higher Education Teaching and Research from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, India.
• Quality assessor of Higher Education from International quality assurance network IQAN, Thailand
• Case writing from Munich Business School Germany and Case-Centre UK
• Didactics of Higher Education from Tallinn University of Technology Estonia.
