Amy West is a Learning Development Tutor at the University of Northampton. Before joining the university, she owned a company designing and taking workshops to primary schools, libraries and early years settings, which built on many years of teaching in primary schools.
Current research interests are around the use of metaphor in teaching and learning, and how magic can be used in academic skills development.
